Delivery and returns

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Your order is printed within 2 working days and sent by tracked delivery, which usually takes another 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery is free on every order. A4 posters travel flat in board backed do not bend envelopes, A3 posters rolled in a sturdy tube, and pages and magnets in stiff board envelopes.

Digital downloads

Digital posters arrive by secure link, emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed, so there is nothing to ship. Because you ask us to supply the file straight away, the 14 day cancellation right ends once it is supplied. If your file is faulty or not as designed, we will put it right or refund you.

Returns

Because every item is personalised and made just for you, change of mind returns do not apply to our printed products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as you designed it, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint it or refund you in full. That is a promise.

Cancellations and changes

Spotted a typo just after ordering? Email us straight away. If your order has not gone to print we will fix or cancel it without fuss.
