Who we are

My Cruise Story is a trading name of Maritime Master Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15339200. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

We sell personalised printed products designed by you on this website. These terms apply to every order. We sell to UK customers only at present.

Your design, your responsibility

You are responsible for the text and photos in your design: check spellings, names and dates before ordering, and only upload photos you have the right to use. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

Our promise on quality

What you approve in the editor is what we print. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved design, we will reprint or refund it, see our delivery and returns page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and the price you see is the price you pay. Maritime Master Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is shown separately. Payment is taken securely by Shopify Payments when you place your order. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable we may cancel and refund the order.

Personalised goods and cancellation

Because each item is personalised and made to your design, the 14 day change of mind right does not apply to it. Contact us quickly after ordering and we will still change or cancel anything not yet printed, gladly.

Digital files are the one thing that sits outside that, and they are covered by the clause below. Your statutory rights are never affected, and anything faulty or not as you designed it we will always put right.

Digital downloads

Digital posters are supplied as soon as payment is confirmed. Before you check out you tick a box in your basket asking us to send the file straight away and acknowledging that your 14 day right to change your mind ends once it is sent. We record that tick against your order. The file is for your personal use: print it for yourself, share it with family, use it as a wallpaper. Please do not resell it or offer it for commercial use.

Satellite exact routes

Where available, your design draws your ship's actual sailed track from third party satellite AIS data, included at no extra charge. Coverage is very good but not guaranteed: occasional gaps happen at sea, and a cruise can only be traced once it has finished sailing. If we cannot fetch a usable track for your cruise, your map is drawn with the classic port to port route instead.

Trade marks

Ship and cruise line names on our products appear only to describe your voyage. My Cruise Story is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any cruise line.

Everything else

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
